Visiting Hours
Family members and friends are welcome to visit. Patient care is our primary concern at Parkway Medical Center, and in order to enhance the quality of care, we ask that visitors not stay past 9:00 p.m. and not arrive before 7:00 a.m. The Pavilion for Women and Children has visiting hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The Critical Care Unit’s visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., 12:00 Noon to 12:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Due to patient privacy requirements, any information about the patient’s diagnosis or treatment must come directly from the patient to concerned family members or friends. No information will be given out by the switchboard operator or nursing personnel. The patient may be reached by dialing 256.350.2211 and asking for the patient by name.
